The Enrollment Clock

Most people miss the date, not the plan

Open Enrollment runs roughly November 1 to January 15 in many states. Outside it, one of four qualifying life events opens a door early. Here is where today actually puts you.

Your window, worked out

Pick your lane, your state and whether anything has changed. The clock will tell you which door is open to you and what to do about it.

Open Enrollment dates are the ones TY publishes and vary by state. This is a guide to the calendar, not a determination of your eligibility.

    The E-Benefits Solution

Many carriers in. One enrollment out.

Plans from competing health insurers and competing ancillary providers, presented on one universal enrollment form and billed to the employer once. That is the whole product, and it is the part that gives you your week back.

Medical carriers Ancillary carriers Payroll One enrollment, one bill

Payroll and tax compliance run through our PayFocus 360 HR Software partnership, so the deductions and the plan stay in step instead of drifting apart every quarter.

    Where We Work

Six states, and the paperwork that crosses them

Pick a state and the map moves. Multi state employers are the normal case here, not the exception, which is why the enrollment is built to span them.

Connecticut is a licensed market without a listed office. Beyond these six, the marketplace reaches nationally for multi state employers.

    Our markets

Cities where TY Health Insurance Brokerage lists an office.

    • New York, NY
    • Bridgewater, NJ
    • Harrisburg, PA
    • Miami, FL
    • Newport Beach, CA

    Do you cover my city?

Offices are listed in New York NY, Bridgewater NJ, Harrisburg PA, Miami FL and Newport Beach CA. Connecticut is a licensed market, and multi state employers are served nationally.

My people are in three states. Is that a problem?

It is the normal case. The marketplace presents plans across states on one universal enrollment form so a three state team is still one enrollment and one employer bill.

Who do I call once we are running?

The same brokerage that placed the plan handles the enrollment, COBRA and HRA or HSA administration. Call (800) 555-DEMO or email info@tyhealthinsurance.com.
